RW Bakers is a company where you'd want to work. We hire people who share our passion for producing freshly baked breads, and providing outstanding customer service. We're not an assembly line bakery, we are all artisans, empowered to make decisions that protect and improve the quality of our breads.
All Team Members own stock in EPI Breads and share in the profits (that's extra money for you and your family). We also provide ongoing training to prepare you for growth and career advancement. We believe in giving people second chances, so if you have the qualities we are looking for, you will start with a clean slate here. We prefer to promote from within, so as you develop your skills, you’ll have opportunities to learn and move into more skilled positions. The positions you may be placed in would be in our production area where you could be a panner or dumper. The more skilled positions are: mixers, scalers, and oven operators. Or, you could be placed in our packaging area. The more skilled positions are palletizer or machine operator.
We work based on the production schedule, so we do work weekends as needed. We run 24 hours a day, so it is important that you have reliable transportation to and from work.

We accept applications in person on Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. You can bring your resume when you come fill out the application, but it is not required.

Specific skilled and management openings are listed online and in local newspapers.
You can always apply for skilled and management positions even if we do not have an opening. Prior experience is a plus, or if you have the mechanical ability and looking to gain more knowledge and experience this may be the place for you!
